Where there’s a will, there’s peace of mind

22 Jul 2015

Making a will is one of those things that we want to put off and gets left on the ‘do it tomorrow’ pile. But if you want to make sure your hard-earned money and assets go to the right people, you need to draw up a will. If, as an expat, you have belongings in the UK and Spain, you need to make wills in both countries.

The Citizens Advice Bureau Spain says: “”Having a Spanish will allows the relevant authorities to simply adhere to your wishes ensuring that a property or assets can be easily passed down to your inheritors.”
